If something arrives wrong
01Every shipment is insured, and any exception is agreed in writing with the buyer before it sails. Damage in transit is claimed against the cargo policy.02Factory warranty, managed by us. The warranty is the manufacturer’s and they honour it — we run the claim from the report to the replacement.03Checked before it sails. Shipments are verified against specification at the factory, and we tell you in writing when a batch ships without inspection.
